Production worker

We're looking for experienced food production workers to join our Client at Clayton at a large-scale baking facility! If you're passionate about producing high-quality baked goods and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this is your chance.

Available Shifts:

Production (12:30 AM start Or 3:30AM and 12:30 PM Or 3:30PM)

12-hour rotating shifts – flexibility to work both day and night is essential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Operating and monitoring food production machinery
• Working on the depanning line – ensuring bread loaves are correctly transferred to conveyors
• Handling hot tins Operating on the dough line, including:
• Managing rejected dough and re-weighing it
• Weighing ingredients using an onscreen recipe system
• Using electric pallet jacks to move stock efficiently

Requirements:

• Previous experience in food manufacturing is essential
• Experience as a baker or in a high-volume bakery is a must
• Must be flexible to work both AM and PM shifts
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to quality and hygiene standards
